How do I break in my new PRO series yoga mat?
The surface texture of the PRO series improves with use. The best way to break in your mat is through daily practice, but you can also use a salt scrub by sprinkling sea salt over the mat, letting it sit for 24 hours, and wiping it off with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between the PRO and eKO series?
The PRO series is made from high-quality PVC that is emissions-free and guaranteed to last a lifetime. The eKO series is made from biodegradable, non-Amazon harvested natural tree rubber, offering a different grip and feel for eco-conscious practitioners.
How do I clean and maintain my Manduka mat?
For daily cleaning, use Manduka's Mat Wash & Refresh. For a deeper clean of the PRO series, use our Botanical Cleaner. Never soak, submerge, or put your mat in the washing machine as it can damage the materials.
Does Manduka offer a lifetime guarantee?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on our PRO, PROlite, and PRO Travel yoga mats. If your mat wears out from regular use, we will replace it. Please note this does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning or storage.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties for international returns.
Are Manduka products sustainably made?
Sustainability is at our core. We use recycled polyester, organic cotton, and natural tree rubber. Our PRO series is OEKO-TEX certified to be free of harmful chemicals, and we strive to minimize our environmental footprint in every step of production.
